  • Receive a written confirmation signed by you concerning the project’s scope, price, and terms & conditions
Planning
  • Plan in detail about the execution of the site
  • Break down the website/web application into separate modules, with a timeline given to each module
  • Allocate the manpower
Execution
  • Our developers start to work on the website based on the specifications received
  • An account manager is allocated to supervise the whole project, ensure everything runs smooth
  • The developers report daily to the account manager on the progress of the website
  • Modules are integrated seamlessly into the whole system at the end of the project
Testing
  • Test the modules/site for errors by our testing team
  • Identify the errors and send back to the development team
  • Maintain an error log to keep record
Deployment
  • Deploy the website and web application on the live server after we receive a quality certificate from our testing team
Final Testing
  • Conduct final testing after uploading it on the live server
  • One month free support is provided to the sites

What are the procedures to finish the whole project? Or how many days does it take?

 

Client agrees the price, terms & conditions and signs back the quotation to us.
 

Once we receive 30-40% deposit from you, we will start designing the web template and layout.
 

The design stage takes 5-7 business days.
 

Upon your confirmation of the proposed template, we’ll start the programming.
 

Usually it requires 3-4 weeks to finish the programming process, which of course, depends on the complexity of your project.
 

We offer 7-10 business days for the UAT (User Acceptance Test).
 

Amendments can be done within the UAT period before the official launch.
